1. Damaged or Defective Goods

We take great care in packaging our educational materials. However, if you receive a kit with missing parts, electronic defects, or transit damage:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange a pickup.
• You will receive a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

2. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase:

• The item must be completely sealed and in resellable condition.
• We will refund the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• A 10% restocking fee may apply to high-value STEM electronics.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method:

• Bank Transfer: 5 to 7 working days.
• Credit/Debit Card: 7 to 10 working days (subject to your bank’s processing time).
• Store Credit: Issued immediately as a digital coupon code.
