We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. If it’s been a year, we may not be able to process the exchange, but feel free to reach out—our team is happy to help explore options.

Because our STEAM kits include consumable materials and small parts, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products. Opened kits are not eligible for refund, but we’ll do our best to assist with missing or damaged parts.

We want you to love every product, but repeated returns may be reviewed. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for all our customers.

To process a return or exchange, we require the original packaging and all included components. This helps us ensure product quality and safety for all our customers.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for digital downloads or subscription boxes that have already been shipped or accessed. However, if there’s an issue with your experience, please contact us—we’re always here to make things right.

Personalized items (like custom name tags or engraved kits) are final sale and cannot be returned unless there’s a defect. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know right away!

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until the item ships. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
