A4988 Stepper Driver

The A4988 Stepper Driver supports bipolar stepper motors, operates from an 8V to 35V motor supply, and a 3.3V to 5.5V logic supply. It can deliver up to 1A per phase without a heatsink, and up to 2A per phase with sufficient cooling. Key features include five micro-stepping modes (full, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, and 1/16), adjustable current limiting, and protection against thermal shutdown, overcurrent, and short circuits.
